Fast service and fair prices. I've used Bob's for years in both my own home and rentals. I'm not sure why they've gotten some bad reviews as I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Bonus: Pearl is old school cool and gets those young whippersnappers moving first thing in the morning so sometimes you are able to get same day service!

My A/C quit working a couple months ago. Called a guy, after 4 appointments, 2 which he showed up for and $400 later, I enjoyed a cool house for less than 2 months.

So I went on a recommendation from a reliable source. Bob's! Well established, 50+ years Golden local, and damn good people from start to finish. Lee, the tech, detected the incompetent work of the last tech: intentionally loose valves and fittings, (which he was probably using as a launch pad to sell me a $5k system). Fixed the actual problem, replaced the filter, and did a general tuneup for far less than the last guy. They were professional, and friendly. Respectful to my house and family, and an old school standard of service. I will recommend you to everyone.

Chris is awesome. He is so well spoken and really knows what he's talking about when it comes to HVAC. Lee is also very professional and hardworking and goes above and beyond to make sure the job gets done safely and correctly. I will always recommend the team at Bob's for any HVAC needs!

WOW these guys are AWESOME! Everyone went out of their way to make sure your needs are being taken care of. From Pearl for setting up the appointment to the guys who comes out to help fixed our furnace. We had an emergency and they were able to quickly send someone out . Thank you Pearl for all your help and the guys for working overtime to keep our family safe. We really appreciate everyone at this business!!!
